Description Usage Supplement Facts Immune and Microbial Support* Samento is a liquid extract made from a rare, pentacyclic chemotype of Uncaria tomentosa, a woody vine from the Peruvian jungle also known as Cat’s Claw and Uña de Gato. Within the same plant species, different chemotypes may occur. Cat’s Claw most commonly contains both Pentacyclic Oxindole Alkaloids (POAs) and Tetracyclic Oxindole Alkaloids (TOAs). Multiple studies published in peer-reviewed journals suggest that the preferred chemotype contains only POA’s, which are often recognized for promoting a balanced immune system. In 2000, NutraMedix introduced Samento, a rare chemotype of Cat’s Claw that does not contain TOAs and only contains POAs. Shake well before use. With the liquid dropper, add the drops to a 4 oz. glass of water, not distilled or reverse osmosis. Do not place drops in hot water. Allow the drops to sit in the water for at least one minute before drinking. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop. Dosing Instructions: Put 1 to 30 drops in 4 oz. of water and wait one minute before drinking. Start with 1 drop twice daily (30 min. before meals) increasing slowly up to 30 drops twice daily or as directed by your health care professional. The third day was so gross, I took the 15 drops and I must have been detoxing big time because it seemed to eliminate my co-infection Babesia for that ONE DAY! Not sure what to expect going forward...
3 SAMENTO (lyme disease) Posted by Irene on Jul 12th 2019 I just received it two days ago. After first 1 drop: My mouth expunge about a 1/4 cup of black/gray fluid. I could see on my hands, something bloat up, then POOP - did it POP? In addition, it seems like thousands of white sand granules, which I usually get about a handful normally expel through my skin and throughout my body. 2nd day More black fluid from my mouth. More expelling of those white granules, but in addition sticky white fluid around my stomach is expelling. The rusty mucus from my throat is now clear and not as much. Pain is reduced somewhat. Interesting is curing my PSORIASIS PLAQUES. Though 15 drops (actually more - had to dilute it - used 1/2 the bottle accidentally) is believed to eradicate Lyme in 24 hours - not so with me. Wait and See, as to when.

Your bottle's label recommends 30 drops twice per day. Why? Is your product half-strength? THE GREEN PHARMACY RESPONSE: The dosing on "Miracles from the Vault" is from dosing instructions that were originally suggested over 10 years ago. The label recommendation is the dosing suggested by Dr. Cowden and offers a better efficacy.
